At just 10 years old, Ryan Niddel launched his first business—a lawn-mowing operation in his neighborhood. Armed with determination and a push mower almost as big as he was, Ryan discovered his passion for entrepreneurship. This early venture taught him the value of hard work, customer service, and how to navigate a lawn full of dog toys.

His first major success came with a start-up web hosting company, where he eventually took over as President and CEO. Under his leadership, the company grew exponentially and was sold to a subsidiary of one of the largest web-hosting companies in the world.
